Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most well-known roles are Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace is originally from Worthington from Ohio dropped out of high school, and relocating in Los Angeles after her divorced parents. Although she was struggling financially, her 2001 debut was acting as Rachel's Room's main character. In 2002 she was nominated to receive a Young Artist Award with her character as a 15 year old murdered Martha Moxley. Grace Rutherford's character in Lost from 2004 until 2005 was selected for an Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was dropped from the series in 2005 to pursue the role of a greater part in films, having appeared in the film Taken alongside Tom Welling as Kim Mills in the film Taken. The actress starred in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in both 2007 and Taken (2008) alongside Liam Neeson. She reprised the role as Kim Mills in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the lead role Alice in Malice in Wonderland a modern version of Lewis Carroll's classic novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the character of Shannon in two episodes of Lost including the series finale. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season, which aired from 2013 to 2014. The role she plays is Faith as a girl who is a muse for celebrities and attracts the attention of Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She belongs to the Gyllenhaal clan and the younger sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her first roles were in films starring her father in his adolescent years. With her brother, she was also in Donnie Darko (2000). Her subsequent roles included Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, both 2002 and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal won critical praise for her performance as a lead character in Secretary (2002), the erotic drama about romance as well as Sherrybaby (2006). The actress received a nomination from her fellow actors for the Golden Globe Award. After a string of commercially successful films, such as World Trade Center in 2006 her name was recognized more widely in the role of Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). In the wake of her performance that was a hit as a mother who is not married on the screen in Crazy Heart (2009), she earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. The following year, she starred in dramatics and comedies: Nanny McPhee and The Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011) and Will Not Back Down (2012). Apart from her character as a Secret Service agent, she has also appeared as a character in White House Down (2013) and Frank (2014). The latest roles included her character as the primary protagonist of the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal was the writer and director of her first film, The Lost Daughter in 2021. The thriller that dealt with psychological issues was awarded the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. The Lost Daughter was also nominated for be awarded the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
